Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all purchases of event tickets by individuals or entities from https://cobraworkshop.com. This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the website, the content, products, or services provided by or through the website, and the subject matter of this Agreement.

Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions.
   By purchasing Tickets from the Company, the Purchaser agrees to be legally bound by this Agreement.
2. Delivery of Tickets.
   Tickets will be delivered electronically to the Purchaser’s email address as provided during the purchase process. The Company is not responsible for the inability to deliver Tickets due to incorrect or incomplete email addresses provided by the Purchaser.
3. Refunds Policy
   No change and refund after Registration. No refund even if an entry VISA is not granted.
4. Force Majeure/Act of God
   in case of the Event and/or serious global disruptions in financial or transportation systems, the Workshop may be canceled and registration fee returned to participants at the earliest possible time
5. Conduct.
   Purchasers agree to conduct themselves courteously and respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in revocation of Tickets without refund.
6. Privacy Policy.
   The Company respects the privacy of its Purchasers. Data is processed only as required for transactions and kept for legal reasons. Attendee details are not sold or transferred to any third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more detailed information.
7. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
   Attendees will be required to sign an NDA at the event, as per the separate NDA document provided by the https://cobraworkshop.com.
8. Topics presented
   Topics presented may be subject to change.
9. Electronic devices
   Switch off all of your electronic devices before entering the workshop venue.
10. Photography and recording
    No photography or recording.
11. Customer Service.

12. Severability.
    If any part of this Agreement is declared unenforceable, the remainder will continue to be valid and enforceable.
13. Amendments.
    Amendments to this Agreement are valid only when made in writing and signed by the Company.
14. Applicable Law.
    Legal action may be taken against violators of the non disclosure agreement according to local and international law.
15. Liability.
    The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase of Tickets.
16. Force Majeure.
    The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.

【Before Registration】

1. The name on the Registration and the name on the payment must exactly match.
2. The tickets are NOT transferable and assignable.
3. You cannot apply for other person’s ticket.
4. No change and refund after Registration. No refund even if an entry VISA is not granted.
5. Reconfirm type of Rays applied.
6. You cannot take both levels of the same Ray at the same Workshop.
7. Level 1: You will be initiated into this level if you have not practiced healing rays before.
8. Level 2: You can be initiated into this level for a certain particular ray where you have practiced level 1 for at least 2-3 months regularly.
9. The name as applied and paid to the workshop shall be identical to the photo ID. We will check your photo ID and your name at the venue. If your registered and paid name does not match with your photo ID at the venue, you will not be admitted to the program.
10. Each participant shall apply and pay for their ticket individually. If you have a special reason to apply and pay for others, please contact “cairns@cobraworkshop.com” for consultation in advance.
11. The future mails for communications will be sent from cairns@cobraworkshop.com Please make sure that your spam mail filter does not include this address.
12. For changes or additions to your Registration, please contact us at cairns@cobraworkshop.com.

【About the Venue】

13. The Workshop venue in Cairns will be informed only to the valid registered participants in about 3 days – 1 weeks prior to the scheduled dates.
14.You cannot carry suitcases and other baggage to the workshop room. We will not keep your baggage.
15. At Ray Initiations, there will be briefings at the opening and the closing. You are not allowed to leave during the session.  If you leave, you will not be qualified for the ray initiation.
16. You will not be permitted to leave and enter the workshop room during the official sessions.
